This website is operated by Douglass Innovation Inc. d/b/a Threedom (“Threedom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all websites, apps, social media accounts, and digital services operated by Threedom, including but not limited to www.mythreedom.com and official Threedom social media accounts (collectively, the “Sites”).

By visiting our Sites, purchasing from us, attending our events, or interacting with our brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Sites.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

 

1. Online Store Terms

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state of residence). If you are under 18, you may only use the Sites with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products for unlawful purposes.

 

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our written permission.

 

3. Accuracy, Errors, and Omissions

Information on our Sites is provided for general purposes and may not always be current or complete. From time to time, our Sites may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including product descriptions, pricing, or availability). We reserve the right to correct such errors, update information, or cancel orders if necessary.

 

4. Products

We design and manufacture our own products. All descriptions of products or pricing are subject to change at any time. We make every effort to display product colors, patterns, and textures accurately, but cannot guarantee your device display will be precise.

 

5. Billing and Account Information

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You must promptly update details such as email, billing, and payment method so we can complete your transactions.

 

6. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools or links we do not control. These are provided “as is” and without warranties or endorsements. Your use of such tools or services is at your own risk.

 

7. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Media

By submitting, tagging, or otherwise sharing photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, or other content that reference Threedom, our products, or our brand (collectively, “User Content”), you grant Threedom a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and create derivative works from such User Content in any media, including on our Sites, social media, advertising, and promotional materials.

By tagging @mythreedom, using our branded hashtags, or otherwise engaging with our brand on social media, you grant us permission to repost or share your content, with credit, across our channels.

When you attend an event where Threedom is present (including vendor booths, trade shows, fairs, expos, or other public events), you consent to photography, audio recording, and video recording by Threedom. You grant us the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in promotional or marketing materials without compensation.

You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to any User Content you provide and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

 

8. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Prohibited Uses and Site Security

You may not use the Sites or their content: (a) for unlawful purposes; (b) to infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) to harass, defame, or abuse others; (d) to submit false or misleading information; (e) to upload malicious code; or (f) to interfere with site security features.
Attempts to violate site security are also prohibited, including unauthorized access, probing vulnerabilities, or interfering with service. We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement.

 

10. Orders and Acceptance

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing/product errors, or inventory limitations. You will not be charged until your payment method is authorized and your order is shipped. If we cancel after charging your payment method, we will issue a credit to your original method.

 

11. Pricing and Content

We strive for accuracy but errors may occur. Fitment information is provided for reference. Vehicle models may vary, and you are responsible for confirming compatibility before installation. Prices and product details are subject to change without notice, and we may discontinue products or services at any time.

 

12. Purchase Limits

We may limit the number of items purchased per order, per household, or per person. Offers are void where prohibited.

 

13. Export/International Orders

At this time, Threedom only ships orders within the United States. We do not accept or fulfill international orders.

 

14. Intellectual Property

Jeep^® Trademark Disclaimer: Jeep^®, Wrangler^®, Gladiator^®, Cherokee^®, and related vehicle names, logos, and trade dress are trademarks of FCA US LLC (Stellantis) and are used here solely for identification and compatibility purposes.

Threedom is an independent manufacturer of aftermarket parts and accessories. We have no affiliation with FCA US LLC, Stellantis, or the Jeep^® brand. Our products are not sponsored, endorsed, or licensed by Jeep^®. References to Jeep^® models are for fitment description only.

Threedom Intellectual Property: All product designs, logos, text, images, and other content on this site (excluding Jeep^® marks noted above) are the property of Douglass Innovation Inc. d/b/a Threedom. They may not be used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

 

15. Product and Fitment Disclaimer

We manufacture our own products. Product information and fitment details are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of posting. Vehicle models may vary, and manufacturers may make changes without notice. You are responsible for verifying fitment and following product instructions. 16. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site, the Service, and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except where expressly stated by us in writing. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Threedom, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, or use), arising from your use of the Sites or products.

For product-related claims, our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

Improper installation or misuse of our products may result in damage or injury. You assume all risks associated with installation and use.

 

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Douglass Innovation Inc. d/b/a Threedom, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Sites or products, or your violation of these Terms.

 

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

 

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any policies posted on our Sites, constitute the entire agreement between you and Douglass Innovation Inc. d/b/a Threedom. Headings are for convenience only and do not limit scope.

 

21. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
