Warranty Coverage

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem.
Return Eligibility and Process
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at service@mythreedom.com or call (320) 403-9482 with your order number.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories.
- Original order shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defect, or wrong items sent.
- A copy of your original packing slip must be included with your return.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is due to our error.
- For your protection, we recommend using UPS or FedEx with tracking.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.
Restocking and Processing Fees
- Returns that are not due to our error may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns that arrive missing parts, damaged, or unsellable may be charged up to a 20% fee or refused.
Refund Methods
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:
- If paid by credit card, the refund will be applied to your original card.
- If paid by cash or check, a store credit will be issued.
- If paid with a prepaid gift card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), you must keep the card to ensure proper credit.
Refund Deductions
- Refunds will not include original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds may be reduced by restocking fees (10% for standard returns, up to 20% for missing parts, damage, or unsellable condition).
- Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may be delayed up to 45 days and may incur a 20% processing fee.
Refund Timing
Refund timing depends on your financial institution’s policies. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear.
