Threedom offers Shop Pay Installments at checkout to give customers more flexibility when paying for their purchases. This financing option is provided and managed by Shopify and its approved lending partners, such as Affirm.

Threedom does not provide credit or financing directly and has no control over eligibility decisions, payment schedules, interest rates, or credit reporting.

What is Shop Pay Installments?

Shop Pay Installments is a service offered through Shopify that allows eligible customers to split their purchases into smaller payments over time. Depending on the order amount, customers may see one or more of the following options:

• Four bi-weekly, interest-free payments for smaller purchases
• Monthly installment plans for larger purchases, which may included interest at 0 - 36% APR, depending on approval.

Eligibility

Shop Pay Installments is available to customers who:

• Are over the age of 18.
• Reside in the United States and paying USD.
• Make purchases between $50 and $30,000 USD, including taxes and shipping.
• Choose Shop Pay as their payment method at checkout.
• Are approved by Affirm, the financing parter issuing the loan.

Approval decisions, credit checks, and payment plan options are handled entirely by Affirm and Shopify. Threedom is not involved in the approval process and does not have access to financing or credit information.

How it Works

1. Add eligible items to your cart.
2. At checkout, select Shop Pay.
3. Choose Shop Pay Installments (if available).
4. Review your payment options and select a plan through Affirm.
5. Complete checkout. 

Threedom receives payment in full from Shopify, and you make installment payments to Affirm.

Interest, Fees, and Payments

Interest rates and payment terms are determined by Affirm during checkout.

• For some orders, 0% APR installment plans may be available.
• For others, interest-bearing plans (0-36%) may apply, depending upon credit and eligibility.
• Late or missed payments are subject to Affirm's terms and may affect your credit.

Threedom does not charge or collect any financing-related fees. All payments are made directly to Affirm according to your agreement with them.

Returns and Refunds

If you return an item purchased with Shop Pay Installments:

• Threedom will process your return according to our Refund Policy. 
• Once your return is approved, Shopify/Affirm will update your payment schedule or issue a refund for payments made, excluding any interest already paid, in accordance with their policies.

Threedom cannot adjust or cancel your installment agreement. For questions about your loan or payment schedule, contact Affirm Support through your Shop Pay account or the Affirm app.
