Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to increase revenue, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Enhance the online customer journey by implementing best practices in UI design, site navigation, and personalized shopping experiences.
  • Manage online product assortment, pricing strategies, and inventory levels to maximize sales and minimize stockouts.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with third-party e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
  • Lead and mentor the e-commerce sales team, fostering a collaborative and purposeful environment.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce laws and regulations, including data privacy and consumer protection standards.
  • Oversee the event planning requirements for e-commerce products.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven history of achieving sales goals and driving online revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
